Emmaus Connect Group

The purpose of the Emmaus Connect Group is to build and extend an engaging community, creating opportunities for fellowship with other parents, families and staff.  This can be done through smaller working groups - Pastoral Connect, Social Connect, Parent Connect, Business Connect, Coffee Connect and Sports Connect.

This approach aims to create more opportunities for community, connection, and whole school occasions for school families to interact.  The strongly supported Junior School parent class representatives form a key basis for this group.

Annette Craven, Head of Junior School, in her R-12 Community role, facilitates, supports and encourages the Emmaus Connect Group.

 

Parents are also encouraged to participate (volunteer) in the life of the College in many different ways, including:

Sports coaching
L.A.P. (Learning Assistance Program)
Excursions and camps
Canteen
